  Great drinks - Great food!!!
  
  They have a full bar with multiple mules.
  Huge order of tots munched on by the whole party.
  
  So many beers - the hardest part is how to choose!

  Don't bother. I've tried to eat here multiple times and each time has been a huge letdown. The first time I arrive two hours prior to close. There was one car in the parking lot and the whole place was empty. Not even a person to greet you- nothing. Very strange- and the last time I walked in one hour and 15 minutes prior to close and again no greeting but this time there was a gal behind the bar. Instead of greeting she says "kitchens closed " sooo ok? Can I have a drink? Very confusing how this place is run. I am however somewhat relieved I have not consumed the food considering the cleanliness of this establishment is less than acceptable. Just don't - carry on
  
  There's no manager to be seen- and when you walk in to NO greeting and "kitchens closed" is the only thing the staff says to you asking for a manager is the last thing that comes to mind. Sorry but I'll take my business elsewhere. Thank you.

  Well this place has pretty much turned into the end zone. Poor service is what brought them to close and you will be next. I cannot fathom how bad the service is here. Why do you need to ask for your drinks multiple times. Does it really take an hour to receive any food when there are only 10 people in the whole place? Is it possible to receive the food at the same table within 30 minutes of each other? The owner just sits and watches this mess happen while the only thing he does is ask (can I get u anything?) um yes how about the food we ordered an hour ago. Ok just go sit back down at a table like nothing is wrong. I won't be returning!

  Sorry, You have lost me as a customer. The bartender wasn't the problem, it was the service. I waited forever to receive my food and it was 30 minutes after my table had received their food. You WERE sitting at a table, so don't lie. It was not busy, just lack of care and professionalism. Change your ways or you will close just like the the last business.
  
  Again responding to owners comment: Wow! What a lousy attitude you have. Model business man lol. You have a lot to learn boy. You think you're a hotshot now? Learn some hospitality and assist and train your staff.

  Excellent friendly service.
  
  This time the four of us came on a Sunday night in May and were there from 6 - 8:30 and the entire time only two other tables had customers. I hope other days they have a lot more business or they can't stay in business.
  
  All 4 of our burgers were very good ($14 includes fries ...  it cost extra $ for cheese and other extras such as sweet potatoes is an extra $2. No side salad or coleslaw option available in place of fries.
  
  One of us complained about the  strong chlorine odor in her wine glass and it was immediately replaced.
  I also noticed chlorine odor with my beer. Since the chlorine smell in my beer glass was even worse the last time we were here I decided to "live with it" as obviously they have a problem with rinsing or something. In the over 300 restaurants that I've reviewed I've never experienced this chlorine issue and since it has happened here  before and I'm not the only one that has complained I think I'm done going hete as aromatics is a main part of the pleasure of drinking beer and Chico has plenty of other options.
  
  The 2 wine pours were on the light side. Meaning it felt to all of us that the amount of wine given was not what we're used to everywhere else.
  
  So a 4 rating on their burgers and sadly a 1 or 2 rating on their drinks.
  
  I hope they fix their chlorine odor issue as well as stay in business.

  I was really unimpressed. The wait took what felt like forever, and the food wasn't that great.
  
  We went in one night to support the victims of the Carr Fire -- The Lab was one of the restaurants participating in donating tips to the victims of the recent fire.
  
  It took awhile for our waiter to get to us. I asked for a sample of one of the beers, which took longer than one would expect. He finally came back with a sample and then took our order. Our order also took  20 minutes to get to us after ordering.
  
  I ordered the Pulled Pork Tacos with lettuce wraps. The seasoning wasn't the greatest and it was a let down. Same with the hummus, which since I can't eat Naan getting veggies subbed seemed like a big deal according to the waiter, but it got done.
  
  Ultimately, it's a good idea but the execution is lacking. The one winning factor is the beakers.
  
  Update: to clarify based on the owner's public comment -- it was not packed when we had come in. There were about 3 other tables in the main seating area that had guests seated, though the bar was semi-full. I'm sure it got busier as the the night went on (we got there fairly early). As for the food, it was the flavors my husband and I weren't a fan of. I'm sure there's people who love the food, but it wasn't for us. The sour beer I ordered and received half way through dinner though, that was tasty.
  
  With this all being said, I know this place is trying, which is probably why one of the people on the floor was concerned with why we didn't finish our hummus. But when it comes down to the overall atmosphere and flavors of the food, it wasn't a good fit for us.
